Important: All copies must be clearly legible and certified by a Commissioner of Oaths or SAPS. Processing times may vary depending on the verification of documents.
⚠️ Important — Waiting Period Notice: All new policies that became active on or after 8 July 2026 are subject to a 3-month waiting period. Clients whose policies became active before 8 July 2026 will continue to enjoy the 1-month waiting period that applied when their policies became active.
